We aim to educate and inspire high schoolers to take charge of their health—starting from the inside out. Meet the Founder
Hi there! My name is Shriya Aviur and I'm a junior in high school. I am extremely passionate about health and neuroscience and have always been intrigued by the direct correlation between the foods we consume, or in other words, our gut health and how it affects our mental health and well-being. I started Gutsy Minds because most teens don't realize the importance of the role our gut plays when it comes to stress, sleep, anxiety, and so much more. Remember, a happy gut means a happy mind! Let's take care of our mental health from the inside out.
